How does it work?
Nappy consists of two dashboard widgets, a “parent” widget (for you) and a “family and friends” widget (for your family and friends). When you are getting your infant ready for her nap, just wander over to your computer and click “asleep”. Everyone on your channel will be automatically notified within 30 seconds that your baby is going down for a nap.
How much does it cost?
Six dollars for the parent widget and six months of service. After six months the service can be extended if you wish. The family and friends widget is free!
How do I install it?
Just download the widget file right from this page. Double-click on it, and it will be installed to your dashboard automatically.
Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger is required. If you’re using Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, Show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget’s icon in the Widget Bar to open it. If you’re using a browser other than Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, unarchive it and place it in /Library/Widgets/ in your home folder. Show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget’s icon in the Widget Bar to open it.

I don’t have dashboard/don’t use a Mac.
I am sorry to hear that! The “parent” widget is currently Mac-only. However, your friends who have PCs (Windows) can check whether your baby is napping with a convenient web link.
